A Struggling Hustler is someone who has been striving to achieve "the good life" for many years.

The good life means different things for different people, but for this Struggling Hustler, the good life is described as financial freedom.

The Struggling Hustler wasn't born into a rich family, and is well aware that the good life will have to be earned. 

To earn it, The Struggling Hustler's journey may lead them to eat, sleep and breathe personal development for years. The Struggling Hustler keeps a clean diet, since good health is a large part of their value system. The Struggling Hustler will exercise in order to sculpt a physique that makes them feel comfortable in their own skin; They know this will lead to increased confidence, which will improve interpersonal relationships, which could lead to greater opportunities. The Struggling Hustler may have even launched and pursued a few businesses of his own over the years. The Struggling Hustler is an extremely high achiever at work, having heard that hard work leads to promotions, promotions lead to better pay, and better pay helps pave the way toward the good life. And on the topic of money, The Struggling Hustler's finances are exceptionally tracked and managed.

However, despite all this, and despite years of seemingly endless effort, the good life remains elusive...

Their entrepreneurial pursuits have either generated less than $1000 in revenue, or have failed completely. Inexplicably, The Struggling Hustler is always overlooked for that promotion. "Risky" investments have generated a loss. "Safe" investments will take another 20+ years to generate a monthly passive income that would be just good enough eke out a meager existence in a rural area.

The Struggling Hustler hasn't been striving and sacrificing for the same lifestyle as the masses who didn't strive for more. All this effort must not result in the same delayed, traditional retirement that most others are simply waiting for.
