Blank Brain

Sometimes you just don't know what to do next. You know you have things to do, but maybe they require a bigger chunk of time or focus commitment than you are able to give at the moment. So you sit and ponder what to do, but nothing comes to mind.

Whenever that happens, instantly start doing some of these. They're small wins that will bring more fulfillment and progress into your life than doing nothing at all.

- Drink water
- Stretch
- Workout (pushups or dumbell exercises)
- Count macros (on paper)
- Meal prep (actual, or plan on paper)
- Think: How can I be of service to others? (write them down)
- Tidy or clean one area of your surroundings
